I will only advise caution... back in Dec of '08 the stock dropped significantly... in the low 0.30s... and stayed significantly lower than had been thru whole first Q of '09... talk was beginning on a buyout... Grandich was doing so hims... |

Tony TGZ hyped the benefits because they wanted to sell themselves and not to buy OLE… TGZ did not formally make an offer to buy yet because they don’t want to trigger the transaction; because TGZ don’t really want to buy OLE...
