I've experienced several share consolidations and none of them were positive, but those were debatable companies anyway. The situation here is slightly different. I hope this will work out positively although I find it very annoying. Tm |

Strategic objectives or not, consolidations are almost always bad for the shareholder. After a period of time following the consolidation, in most cases the shares return to the value before consolidation. NASDAQ or not, I will be against it. BBB

just wanted to mention that IVAN trades on the nasdaq(i own shares there) and ifIvan does not trade over 1$ on the nasdaq for 10 trading days before may 25th then they face delisting from the nasdaq.if that arises the company in my humble opinion...
