Short covering. GIB has a high short interest, so every time it has good news, the price action is magnified. Last quarter had a similar reaction.

It will take a few quarters but i think logica deal will pay big dividends in the future. CGI will trim the fat and begin to cross market solutions internationally. Market cap should be at least 1x sales which is well over 30$ and that is cheap.
