I recall that management had mentioned that Pattern would pay for Finavera's services while attending to reaching the milestones included in the sale. Anybody hear anything about that? No mention of this in the last press release. |

I would have to say I agree 100% The only thing I think Jason Bak is planning is how does he sink this ship for good... Ultimately giving the shareholders the bend and saying his catch phrase, "I have just been Bak'd". |

I think this is total BS!! The shareholders were supposed to vote on this deal by the end of March, and I still didn't receive any information regarding the shareholder meeting and when it will take place...this smells very fishy! I wonder ho... |
