If the market is deminishing due to US unemployment rates shouldn't enbridge stock be going up. The Northern Pipeline will create thousands and thousands of jobs. This should put even more pressure on the government to get it going.

has flat-lined since Jan. One ,despite its nice divvy. Sold 50% of my ENF, sometimes stocks can go to sleep for 6-9 moths-or more. Just look at lioser stocks like POWER Corp.
