$75k is not ridiculous - noone would do it for less. $307k is ridiculous and if he takes shares instead that is better - and 3 cents isn't that cheap or else there would be some buyers.

I really doubt Vit will go production itself. very likely it will be acquired by a major. if it's acuqired it will be a big news for AM Gold. also check how well RKR is doing. close 27 cents. with TSXV sitting on 52 week low RKR is close to 5... |

bluestar, actually AMG is one of the few Juniors that likely does NOT need a rollback. Share structure isn't in too bad shape with 70 million outstanding give or take. Compare that to the many Juniors with 200, 300, 500 million or more shares... |
