Dont know Cub, doesnt matter. Cub would do well to simply Joint Venture all the blocks here, as there is money out there to do these kinds of deals. Why put up additional dollars when someone else will do it for you?

the 1 buck was just used as an example...we won't see anything happening till june 30...so let's say they go up to around where they were in the fall which was about 40 cents before june 30 then you will get more for your AEE selling then...

I agree this is brutal for AEE bagholders BUT .... either way AEE shareholders are getting .025 / share guarranteed so why would anyone today sell their share for less ??? It looks like CUB knows how to get things done, they have a much brighter ...

I think a good deal, synergies look fine and KUB was at a 52 week low, perhaps undervalued somewhat for a producer. AEE was in a bit of a pickle as they needed to raise $$ in a real cra..ppy market for doing that. Good deal for both companies imo. |
