Financing an already diluted stock

Books aren't bad on XOP, $2.4 million cash with $19.7 million in assets and $1.43 million debt(no bank debt). But seriously, they already got over 400 million shares and want to dilute even more

Given the tough climate for all Junior Oil Co's, what are the odds that some company swoops in and acquires XOP once a drill date is finally announced?  rate and reply

RE:RE:Does anyone here anticipate a reverse split..

Management issued themselves so many options that I don't see them looking at a reverse split here.  They are probably within 1 cent of rock bottom now.  Supposedly Exxon will get their more

for XOP in the near future?....I think I will wait for the drop which takes place shortly after that event to accumulate more shares .....Possibly something could happen before that takes place more

RE:And now NOCAL is out of $$$$$

Very disconcerting - although Block 13 appears to be the only game in town for NOCAL.  All business in Africa seems extremely tenuous.  rate and reply

And now NOCAL is out of $$$$$

Wonder if this has anything to do with Exxon sitting on the sidelines.  Seems it's a terrible time for international investment in Liberia.  I'm sure Exxon has serious doubts about the stability more

Interesting comment from Art. sure need to question his judgement when Ebola started he did nothing proactive to curtail money being spent even though the future looks pushed out past the horizon. more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Private Placement

I bought in because of Exxon's involvement.  The Exxon model is to acquire viable resource plays from smaller companies.  So on paper it looks like we will all be in for some great news once more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Private Placement

I'd say it's incredibly unlucky timing in regards to Ebola and OPEC as opposed to avoidable.  XOP is no Suncor/Crescent Point/Can Nat Resources.  They are a tiny junior that can do whatever more
