Sounds like fantastic news! The .75, on post consolidation basis is equivalent to $.30 pre-consolidation.
Plus it sounds like they'll be able to get the financing in place to pay for the acquisition. Dilution will be up to another 20 million units. Right now there's about 25 million shares out, so post consolidation this will become 10 million. 10 million + 20 million in proposed financing = 30 million shares out.
That'll mean it'll be a really nice tight float still after this financing and the consolidation gets done.
