Assuming margin is minimal on early units for the likes of stocksmann. But overtime as their production becomes more efficient, and if adoption picks up (this takes a lot of time of course) - then yes - more margin from just unit sales.

For any who want to quote the 1 use per day that MELA is throwing around. It's a new technology. Usage takes time to grow for a disruptive technology - comfort with technology/method + pricing. This is essentially what will make or break the Aura - and believe me - it will take time to get derms / MDs to incorporate this into their practice.

Just so I'm clear - I actually think it's totally possible for the stock price to be volatile - drop below current levels - on the way to potential highs (if the technology is wel received and adopted over the next several years). IT would be naive to assume it will be widely accepted by derms / MDs in the short term. Will take some time.

So yeah - stocksman could make some money shorting. Interesting that he doesn't have a short position now and won't take one until he knows financials.....

If the retail investor base / some analysts are impatient - and I suspect they are - it will be a volatile ride in terms of the SP.....
