The case only seems to be dragging on. It has only been a few months since the claim was filed. The claim makes certain allegations that cannot be dismissed out of hand. Even if the claim has no merit, it still needs to be investigated sufficiently to be able to answer the allegations in court. Unless Dunlop withdraws the claim, VMS must be able to present evidence to a court to refute the allegations before the court can rule on the issues raised. That will take some time.
The uncertainty created by the outstanding claim may in the short term affect share price; However, IMHO, longer term the claim will be dismissed.
