Hi all I don't own this stock but am seriously sniffing around.  Recent asset sale is perplexing.  What's their burn rate and is it worth selling a property for what amounts to maybe 2 or 3 months of current operating costs? Might some of these assets have more value as loan collateral, rather than selling in a buyer's market? In sum, is this company extremely desperate or extremely focused? Honestly, I'm not trying to bash.  I'd be interested in the thoughts of anyone with a good knowledge of VIT.
