you are right, not many actually make it to the production stage, but it sure looks like this one will. If this was a productive placer gold producing enterprise in the sixties, then there is absolutely no reason why it cannot be again today. From what I can tell, nothing much has changed from when the operation was shut down in the sixties to the present time. The placer gold is still there in the gravel ....... just have to recover it. IMO the future for UBR and it's shareholders looks very promising.
