Maybe TME can work out a deal like the one below for the open pit part of the deal say for 5 mil .... and or a mining contractor to supply equpiment and experience for a % to get cash flow going more

lets not forget what temex is buying here folks, 25% more of very high grade, high quality deposit in timmons! How much do you think that increases our NPV?...alot. as for financing...our needs more
