Temex will delist from the exchange, shareholders will receive .105 LSG shares for every 1 Temex share. Simple as that. It should happen this week, I'm surprised they have not delisted already.  rate and reply

You won't be able to hold onto your Temex shares even if you want to. If LSG attains a certain %, I believe it's 90% they can force the remaining TME shareholders to sell their shares to them.  rate and reply

Your new shares of lsg are not taxable as a capital gain unless you sell at a profit.. which you would be nuts to do until lsg is valued at 3-4 $..soon....depending on your investing time more
