I don't recall ever seeing a share rollback benefiting shareholders in terms of a post consolidation improvement in valuation.  It will benefit management in their efforts to raise capital through further dilution.  More often than not funds are used to keep the lights on and payroll going.  There has been so much talk of strategy but little execution with this company.  Not sure why they would be doing this prior to receiving funds from their recent earn-in agreement since the share price should see a bump up when the deal actually closes imo...unless it's already priced in which would be a sad reflection on the company's ability to return shareholder value on the 1 million.
