My understanding is that if owner of stock does nothing, and if this offer ends up being accepted by two thirds of shareholders, then shares will eventually be sold for $ 0.85.  If another higher offer materializes, then share price may go higher.

I think someone like TAQA may be interested in buying SLG.

Seems to me the best strategy now is to just hold and wait.  Does anyone see things differently?
