Hopefully it isn't cut given the current price environment for oil.  Some might see this as a means of preserving cash and ensuring survival which could support the share price.  Who knows more

If oil stayed at these levels, yes, the world economy would take a hit.   Oil went to into the $40 s in 08/09 and the weaker companies went under.  Companies cut back CAPEX just like this time. more
