Caveat: I'm no lawyer, but skipping past the special master argument to the core issue of the claims dispute, it seems like the Rye Patch position is irrefutable.  You'd have a tough time convincing me that any outcome other than outright victory came out of anything other than outright corruption.  And, in consideration of what knowledgeable posters have shown so far on this board, it would be setting a new and shocking precedent.  Can't see a judge with the eyes of the whole industry on him/her doing that.
