Here's what I think is up...Crimson was deemed to have a value of .80 per share...their room offered up quite a smorg of assets, GOR s, properties etc...Mr. O'Byrne spent a lot of time and effort to secure a public trade company to take his very attractive private company to the "big dough show"...BUT....(6 bucks and my left neuticle says) a bigger Calgary oil fish has come along and is nibbling at Crimson...These private oil company guys like to play their cards close to the chest...going public means the light of day, having to be accountable to shareholders AGM s etc...things they can two-step around with private shareholders...Lets see what happens
