Many will say, chalk this up to learning and move on.  However, unless we determine the truth, we will never know if we were intentionally mislead or these were just issues that arose as part of normal business.

What I do beleive is that both Mr. Osis and Mr. Bentham should never be allowed to be officers or directors of public companies.  If we can achieve this we have likely done a lot of good.

Mr. Bentham is a serail Board Member based on a google search, thus he seems to play this game often.  As to Mr. Osis, in my opinion, he mislead us, but again it would be best to have a court determine this and fine him accordingly as both an officer and board member.
