It is all essentially one issue. They are just putting in place the money for their 2013 budget to be announced at the end of the month, in my opinion. Or for acquisitions too. Let's see what it looks like with the annoucement of the budgeted growth, and then we should understand why there were no warrants attached to the financing. I bet after the budget is announced, and the reserves update the stock is trading higher than the $.61 it is trading at currently.
