It's not that there's no buying pressure right now....just that there's not (and rarely ever has been) pressure in significant volume.  Thus, when a short onslaught comes, they take out any stops and drive the price down quick - like yesterday.  Then the price will gradually rise back up as the shorts buy back.  It's basically them playing a game with themselves, because none of the individual investors are selling.  And why would they, PRB is on it's way to adding millions more ounces.  It's gonna be huge.  I mean, what if this goes to 10+ million on the next resourse estimate update?  AEM, Barrick, GoldCorp....that's alot of ounces!  

 

And besides, it's only getting better at depth....just imagine if you could have an open pit mine to 600, 700, or 800 meters and it's ALL GOLD (& SILVER).  WOW!  Mining = low costs....this could be huge, huge, huge...
