I think it's a pretty good news, 14 millions right away or let's say 20 millions in a few years. It's a no brainer.
I see two potential explanation for today lost.
- It's just a healthy pullback after a nice increase last couple months.
- Maybe some people think there's less chance of a near term buyout, why would you want money if a buyout is in work.
