Persons of Interest
I have just added Brian Adams to my list of persons of interest along with Robert Collette, and Chris Chu. As Board members the latter two will be able to share some of the decisions that were made and the history while they were on the Board. Actually there are a number of "persons of interest" now.
It will be interesting to research how many options Brian Adams has and how he came by these in comparison to other insiders. Can any message board members help us with part of this question?
Just remember, all we are interested in is the truth and the forum to obtain the truth. From what I can gather we are not that far away from.
The practice of Brian Adams dumping shares causing the share price to drop and then turning around and participating in a private placement that does not impact the share price upward to the degree it should, is a practice that I am sure will be of interest - don't you think? What were some the practices of PacificOre management over the years that he is privy to? Are there Board Members who could elaborate on activities during Brian's time?
The question that one must ask Mr. Derosier is " is the stalling of the AGM a strategy to buy time for what purpose; and why have the shareholders not been kept informed of your intentions?"
What do Brian Adams, Chris Chu and Robert Collette have in common? I believe that Patrick may have the answer to this question.
The share price needs to go higher than 3.5 cents.
