PAW MADE A VERY BAD CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR KENYAN PARTNER(S) .HAD THEY CARRIED OUT DUE DILIGENCE ON AMOS JUMA THEY WOULD HAVE COME UP WITH NOTHING BUT RED FLAGS . PAW IS NOT A MINING COMPANY BUT AS A JUNIOR RESOURCE COMPANY  IT NEEDED TO PROMOTE AND SPECULATE IN ORDER TO RUN THE MARKET . NOW IT HAS BEEN DRAWN INTO THE MURKY WORLD OF DOING BUSINESS IN KENYA . WHEN  PAW ADDED CHARGES OF CORRUPTION AGAINST THE STATE  OVER ITS LICENCE , ITS CREDIBILITY IMMEDIATELY BECOMES SUSPECT . PAW'S FINANCIAL POSITION IS IN TOTAL DISARRAY  . IT HAS NO REAL CORPORATE STRUCTURE WITH ITS HEAD OFFICE NOTHING MORE THAN A POST BOX HIDDEN AWAY IN BRITISH COLUMBIA'S INTERIOR . I SUSPECT THAT PAW WAS HOPING TO " FLIP " THE MIRIMA PROPERTY AT MINIMUM EXPENSE IN ORDER TO EARN A QUICK RETURN AND THEN MOVE ON .
