Of course it's better and more rational to be with FR than Orko. No one denies it, so why say it?
What is shocking and raises many questions is the comparison between FR and OK in the number of outstanding shares. Fully diluted, FR has (only) 121.7 million while Orko has (an enormous) 142.1 million. The combined company will have (only) 133.2 million. I never suspected fraud at Orko, but the number of shares issued by Orko management was and is mind-blowing. Someone recently mentioned the ownership of Orex is being split up, which is what happened to Orko when Orex was split off. The Orko management is incorrigible. They are experts at looking after themselves. The lesson is to stay a million miles away from them; fool me once etc.
