Is it just me who thinks that complaining about 0.01 share price is kind of misleading? It didn't trade as a public stock until August 2011. It was a private company before that. The private investors (as far as I know) transfer their private assets to shares in the public company so the 1 cent price is just for the paperwork shuffle. You can hardly expect them to put up their money and pay for their share of the company once again.
