I agree it is time for something positive, like cash flow. 

Issuing yourself and buddies on the board options (and pretending that they impact your cash flow HA HA, good one) prior to being cash positive shows just how self centered Management has become.  I don't get a raise for missing targets, imprudent allocation of cash (3x mill expansion? what kind of bad hangover created that decision tree) cost over runs, non compliance and negligence, why do these gentlemen think they deserve a raise before the difficult part of their job has even started. 

VOTE, let them know what you think of their self serving neglect of share holders.
