Mint Technology Corp. (Mint) is a Canada-based company. The Company is an integrated prepaid card and payroll services provider with its own ATM network, payment processing platform and branded card product including microcredit, mobile top up and money remittance services delivered seamlessly to workers. It manages the issuance, administration, customer support, payment processing and set-up, sponsorship and reporting of the cards and related activities. Mint's products and services include Mint program management, alternative credit to payroll, general purpose and travel. On March 31, 2012, the total cards acquired from WEH under the acquisition and active on Mint's platform were 126,282. On July 6, 2011, Mint acquired the remaining 40% of Mint Middle East LLC. On July 15, 2011, Mint acquired the assets and business of Workers Equity Holdings, (WEH). In October 2011, it formed a subsidiary called Mint Money (M-Money). In July 2012, it acquired E PAY.
