It is 3.8 and only 3.8 If a Sintana share holder has 1000 shares then after merger they would have 263.16 Mobius shares. 263.16 Mobius shares * 3.8 = 1000.008 shares of Sintana period no more

Much has been made of the ratio between sintana and mobius (I brought it up, sorry), and yes, mobius is 50% cheeper but there is more: Every one share of Mobius is worth 3.8 of Sintana times more
