Fleemish is a private company, right? As of yesterday, public cannot buy shares of the company. But, starting monday, through MAM shares, they can (assuming that the deal get done later)
Is it right to say that some people will start to buy MAM shares on monday just to get in Fleemish as soon as possible ?
Furthermore, for me, clearly MAM get bought by Fleemish (via a reverse acquisition)... but it's not a cash acquisition. I'm sure that MAM shareholders will get much more than 2,5 millions (market cap) for their shares. Believe me, MAM major shareholders will not sell their shares without a big premium.
What do you think ?
