Clearly V is turning the corner. Tax loss season is almost over which will likely hold this down a few more weeks. After that, I'll eat my hat if LGO doesn't recover.

Workers strike at SA vanadium mine

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – A strike at Vametco’s vanadium mine in South Africa’s North-West province, has entered its third day, the National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) said on Wednesday.
The NUM stated that over 400 workers were taking part in the industrial action at the mine, owned by the Evraz group.
“We are demanding 12% wage increase and the company is steadfast on a 7,5% salary increase and is not willing to negotiate on other demands,” said NUM Vametco branch secretary Martin Motlogelwa.
Workers were also demanding housing allowance of R1 500 a month, service increment and other conditions of employment.
Vametco MD Jan Eveleigh confirmed the NUM’s demands, but was unwilling to discuss Evraz’s offer. He noted, however, that communication lines between the two parties were open.
Eveleigh added that the company currently had enough stockpiles to satisfy the needs of its customers, and to fill current orders.
