Here is a prediction. I think that the suitor will show their hand after the exploration results of the second JV'd claim are published.
Obviously, as a shareholder I prefer the former rather than the latter. I also would like Lumina to stop messing about and get on with publishing the exploration results for the first JV'd claim. They must have received the exploration results by now.
I would also like the suitor to declare their hand sooner rather than later. I already know that they have been in discussions with Lumina. But neither party has admitted to it yet.
What I fear is that there is a very good chance for a stockmarket crash and the timing of this deal will happen at the least interesting time for shareholders. That situation would give the suitor more leverage and us, the shareholders, less profit.
