I think that the recent dilution fundraising concluded by JNR before this takeover, has the defacto effect, whether intended or coincidental, of being a deterrent to a bidder other than Denison coming in.    If a new bidder was planning to pay in shares there would not be a lot more outstanding, plus the warrants which would become a dilution hangover on the acquirer.
