No, they are not broke, and are currently negotiating with a strategic US investor (who is already a player in this market sector) buying in a large stake of the company, with the likely intention of promoting speedy growth of their latest technology (smart antenna).  They have some older products (digital signage etc). for some current revenue, but this appears to be their home run, and, as with any new advertising technology, they need to get it deployed swiftly before newer technology leapfrogs ahead.
