Actually the allegations are more serious than that. They were forced to start early or lose their job and you can look up the rest. These aren't salaried employees and the working conditions are repressive. And I am not switching anything, my first post referred to lawsuits. It's a reason not to like this type of company, not just this one.
To assume that I would not invest in a company simply because of a lawsuit is nonsense. You are ignoring the state of the market sector, the company's struggle to become profitable by closing down half their call centers, and the still battered stock price.
