Well Royal this is dated back to 2009 and even if i will not say that these actions were acceptable, it is still 5 years ago.  For example Chad Carslon(CEO) joined the company AFTER the settkement, Lisa Weaver (CFO) joined Startek in Nov 2011,  Joe Duryea joined them in April 2011, Rob Leach (VP) end of 2010. So in my books (even if i was aware of the 2005 class action) the board has been changed totally since then anad i would tend to believe that UNLESS you are referring to a company culture thing here, this has no impact on the quality of their services and the value of the agreement / contract.   François
