I think you might be the only one who got the point that I was trying to make .

Simply that if you are calling into a call centre > you want a actual " verbal conversation"  with someone ... Not a " Texting conversation "  to address your concerns you are having with the product you are experiencing difficulties with .

Therefore , I can see Lexiphone may be the answer here but Ortsbo ... I don't see it .

Mind you , if the call centre had a" text in" complaint site or help centre , well I guess it starts making sense !!!
