Unless some new shocking evidence is submitted to the ICSID that would require the re-opening of the case then all we do is wait for the decision to be "PUBLISHED".

With reference to previous cases posted on the ICSID website that had a reference to "proceeding closed" , two months seemed to be the longest time interval before the decision became available. I did see one case where the proceeding was closed and the decision rendered at the same time and another where the decision was rendered within 30 days.  The written publication of our case will be extensive, reflecting the lengthy time scale of this legal battle.

The important issue is that we are at the end of this long and expensive journey AND I do hope that the decision reached is UNANIMOUS in our favor.
