Cornpie, most financings get done through just one or two brokerages and they're never the discount brokerages like RBC, TD Waterhouse, etc. They're usually boutique brokerages or the bigger ones like Canaccord. That means that there can be quite a few shares of a company held by shareholders within one or two brokerages. And it also happens to be true that when a brokerage handles a financing that the financing shares represent a big percentage of the total shares held by that brokerage's clients.

.

So, if the brokerage's clients decide to sell some stock and if the brokerage offers that stock under its own name, then the positive optics of the brokerage's previous support can be negated by the negative optics of the brokerage's selling. In other words, the brokerage appeared to be supporting the stock when it did the financing and now it could be interpreted that the brokerage is not supporting the stock because some of its clients are selling.

.

So, the brokerage sells as "anonymous" so that the wrong optics aren't displayed. The brokerage could remain very supportive of the stock, could actually be buying the stock, but when a client orders a sell, the brokerage has to sell. So when we see that a brokerage that did the financing is now on the sell side we often start wondering whether that brokerage is counselling its clients to sell and whether all or most of the financing stock will come out. The brokerage avoids that speculation by selling as anonymous. If they didn't, other would start selling and hurt everybody, including the brokerage that should have sold as Anonymous.

.

We have to live with anonymous and we should stop ascribing conspiracy theories to it. In fact, there are very few real conspiracies. I'm sure you're familiar with Occam's razor, which states that more often than not, the explanation with the fewest assumptions, the simplest explanation, is the correct explanation.

.

Right now with iCo it looks like some of the selling pressure is coming from one or two warrant holders. It doesn't look like the seller is interested in selling below 68¢ and that works for me. Anybody who wants stock should buy it right now because the warrant holders have had 2 or 3 weeks to sell stock at these and slightly higher levels and we're just not seeing it come out. That's why I think it's from only one or two sellers.

.

Buy the stock. Take what's offered to you. Forget about Anonymous.
