I am at a very early stage of research but can anyone tell me the corporate structure of HRP. Stockhouse would suggest the market cap is $60million but HRP brazil has over $500million in cash. By investing in this stock will I have a partial ownership of any find in Africa?

To most this will appear to be a very dumb question, for the patient, please help!

Thank you

NO

You will have a huge freaking ownership. Elephant Country but need success thru the drill bit

can anyone tell me the corporate structure of HRP

Best you  click over to www.SEDAR.com and look up HRT and read their Regulatory filings, as required by CDN Regulators. Unsure what they file in Brazil

Market cap in Canadian shares is about that value but they have almost 300 million shares that trade on the Brazilian exchange. That is where the bulk of the value is for the company.

Other options are Chariot oil and Gas ( I own shares), Serica, GBP, Tower Resources, Pan continentlal et al (I Own no shares in any of the latter companies). Chariot's website is www.chariotoilandgas.com. a PI has a blog which is useful on all things in the Chariot regions (inc HRT) www.helioschariot.com. Chariot had the **** kicked out of it after two failed drills in Namibia whereas HRT has discovered a working petroleum system - but needs to find the reservoir - and had a very good chance IMO. There is a good (drill) bit of activity coming up in Namibia and other Chariot regions (West & North Africa - all giant field potential.  - http://www.chariotoilandgas.com/operations/

Portfolio diversity is nice,

plenty of potential upside with operations in Namibia, Brazil, Mauritania & Morocco and a market capitalisation of £36.62M.

Their partner in southern blocks Petrobras have requested a license extension in Namibia, and they have opened dataroom to farm down northern blocks,  expect some drilling in 2014,

I own some of them too,

Tullow will be drliling near Chariots Mauritanian acreage approx July 2013, as well as the other drillers - HRT in Namibia. Genel, Pura Vida, Cairn will start drilling near their Moroccon acreage towards the end of the year onwards. So there are plenty of catalysts.....

& Goldman Sachs is bullish on Chariot O&G,

http://www.watchlistnews.com/2013/06/05/chariot-oil-gas-rating-reiterated-by-goldman-sachs-char/

They currently have a GBX 43 ($0.65) target price on the stock,

that's +132% from today's prices...

, only a fraction on previous highs in 2011, but with a commercial discovery near it's prospects institutional investors will come back and we will see prices above £1 in my opinion,

Pony up $1,000 and sign up for Agora's Investment Symposium last week of July, in Vancouver.

MM will be there, has a presentation and can usually be found around the Symposium hallways...just look for a large knot of people asking him every sort of Q. The first year he presented, he attended a Private Members Function, Vancouver Art Gallery, we dragged him over to our table and kept the wine flowing.

Perhaps this is the year, Moosehead plates on my (HRT)  Ferrari
