Seems like not such a bad deal for Centerra, I suspect a 20% tax rate on production from our mines in KG would probably not be objected to, we need to have some form of defined sharing arrangement with the Government if we are to move forward and attract offtake investors.

I am quite sure based on demonstrated Stans management attitudes, they would welcome a legitimate proposal for the population to share in mine production income. As a shareholder I Would welcome the chance to get an agreement in place.

A gold mines production is however somewhat more liquid than rare earth ore, so I imagine the difficulty will be in establishing a fare value for the mined ore prior to processing.
