When he mentions a deal that would be good for shareholders, he doesn't just mean a buyer for our product. He's hoping for HELP in the capital expenditure department. We are short on funds for the mill and all the rest to get this ballgame rolling. A deal that would be good for shareholders, in his mind it seems, would be a financial backer - at a certain price, of course.  We need juice. We have a reasonably adequate ore - especially high in HREES. We have the meturological expertise. We have the transportation infrastructure.  But we can't get it rolling with only a few million bucks in the bank account. We could wait and grow by inches over time, but a backer could get us going quick, at a price, of course.
