About the product
Neodymium-Iron-Boron alloy for rare-earth sintered magnet. It is consist of magnetic phase and grain boundary phase uniformly distributed under a several micron meters that leads to high performance sintered magnet.
Showa Denko K.K. produces magnet alloy at Chichibu plant, Baotou Showa Rare Earth Hi-tech New Material Co., Ltd in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China, and Ganzhou Zhaori Rare Earth New Material Co., Ltd. in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, China, rare-earth metal for magnet alloy at Showa Denko Rare-Earth Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hanam, Vietnam.

The alloy was produced by Strip Cast method. Strip Cast method is a cast technique with pouring melts on a copper wheel to achieve rapid solidification.
The alloy is pulverized, pressed, sintered and magnetized to produce Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnet. The magnet is utilized for HDD, motor, car, and consumer electrics.
