LionelHutz-- I believe you are correct.  Thank you for pointing this out.   What I should have said was that it behooves the company to ensure internally that any information officially released does meet the standards that will be applied to it when  it is officially submitted.   I believe that is one reason that organizations like Snowden, who presumably know the limits of what may be projected, or the required factual basis(NI 43-101 for example) of claims of resource or quantities are hired as qualified and expert preparers.

The result is the same.  Put out information at odds with what the approving agencies will accept as credible and truthful, and you will pay the price, as ORT did.  So make sure you get it right the first time.
