Don't eat red meat at home for health reasons, don't even keep any here, but I do have a celebratory T-Bone on appropriate occasions when one of my speculative, play money, stocks turns and begins a move for which I have waited.  I had a early dinner tonight and grilled a huge T-Bone smothered  in pounds of mushrooms--Seattle temp in the low 50s.  Could be that I am premature but I don't think so nor do I think it will be straight up ride from here.  In fact, those profit taking pauses by the daytraders are essential to a sustained rally.  At worst, if I am wrong, I can look forward to another T-Bone dinner!  Buy red meat so infrequently that I don't even know if $12/pound is a good price for excellent T-Bone.
