Motherearth made a great find several hours ago.  This seems to be highly likely to be GWMG as opposed to Frontier.  Several aspects of this are interesting and give us hints of what is coming from the PEA.

1.  The salary is substantial (at least 180k/year + incentives and negotiable).  Three year contract so they are absolutely serious in getting a good person.  They are looking to spend money now rather than later on the separation plant.

2.  The deadline is end of December so they are moving along and moving fast.

3. As an aside, having this person located in Cape Town seems a bit far.  Vrenendal is 300km from Cape Town and Google Maps puts that as a 3.5 hour drive.

This suggests that everything is gearing up to get the separation plant rolling along sooner rather than later.  At the same time, the three year contract suggests that they are looking to phase the separation plant in.  It would not take three years to get this up and running if they were doing the 5000 tpa plant starting this summer.

The skill set they are looking for is highly, highly specialized.  Is there anyone outside of China now with that type of experience running a separation plant?

Also, this person report to the "Vice-President- Project Development".  GWMG does not have such a title.  Baodong Zhao is now a vice president (VP Metallurgy) and part of the team overseeing the separation plant along with Richard Hogans (VP  Operations).  That part of the ad could have been boilerplate.

I am quite excited.  Great find motherearth!
