I have continually pointed out that trading volume has decreased as we enter summer doldrums, which again is supported by the statistics. NOTE the lower volume, value, and transactions. Lower volume = lower s/p volatility, stock prices drifting lower with if any negligible up tick. Volume may pick up again after September as we head to an earlier start to tax loss season so we will watch the exchange trading stats.

Tax loss season this year may be more pronounced in conjunction with many losing stock values and there will be those just wanting to get their money back on any hype or up tick. As ALWAYS take profit everywhere.
