These grades are certainly dreamy and the DR is a relatively underexplored region. Don't forget that at least 5.5 million ounces of gold have already been mined at Pueblo Viejo back, I beleive, in the 70' early 80's when they mined out the shallow oxide facies of the orebody. The general concensus seems to be a number over 30 million ounces for gold plus all the other metals in your list. Anyone interested in a good geological review of the mine should google "Sillitoe" with Pueblo Viejo. Dr. Richard Sillitoe is a leading geologist on epithermal gold deposits and was the geologist Aurelian used for analysis of the elephant Fruta Del Norte gold discovery in Ecuador.
