International Sales Manager

Galvanic Applied Sciences Inc. designs, manufactures and markets a full line of analysis and measurement equipment for the natural gas and process industries. We are currently recruiting the following position to be based in Calgary, Alberta:

  • International Sales Manager

The International Sales Manager is in charge of growing sales in overseas markets. Responsibilities include overseeing a worldwide network of sales representatives, supporting representatives with quotes, leads and product information, developing and providing technical trainings, tracking of and follow-up on sales activity in the regions, and forecasting sales.

The candidate should have at least 5 years experience in representative sales management and / or international sales. Work experience in the industrial process instrumentation, petrochemical refining or natural gas processing industry is strongly desired. The applicant must be self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills. Some travel will be required throughout international markets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.

  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Time management skills.

  • The ability to work independently and also a part of a motivated team.

  • Post-secondary education in Instrumentation or equivalent industry experiences an asset

  • A strong technical aptitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Power Point
